Design can be art. Design can be aesthetics.
Design is so simple, that's why it is so complicated.

My name is Rich Ginter, the guy next to me is one of my favorite Muppets characters Animal, he's the drummer for Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem but I digress, below is my career timeline. Enjoy!
05/2006 - Having graduated Fairleigh Dickinson University with a major in Graphic Design, I set out to work in the exciting world of entertainment!
01/2006 - Production Designer at Marvel Entertainment. Bringing fans their weekly dose of action-packed super hero stories to print!
02/2008 - Jr. Art Director in Marvel's Marketing & Sales Department. For the next 4 and a half years, I would be asked to help promote, maintain and further the Marvel brand through countless projects of various scope, sizes and responsibilities.
04/2012 - Digital Designer (UI/UX) - Disney. After 6.5 years at Marvel, where I gained great career experience, I was offered to work at The Walt Disney Company, where I've dreamed to work for a very long time! I helped to make engaging and fun mobile experiences for kids!
12/2014 - Promoted to Senior Digital Designer (UI/UX). My current role combines a heavy dose of creative direction, managing employees, resource/project management, game design, user interface and user experience design. Every day brings a new challenge and I am grateful for the chance to change a child's landscape by providing them with rich, interactive content. Having worked on 20+ mobile apps since 2012, I've grown to love working in the mobile space and look to continue my career learning experience.
I've traveled such an incredible road and in such a short period of time, always looking to ride the wave where it takes me.
